Your tradition settings and practice records describe your religious practice. Nitya treats them as sensitive: they are used only to run the app for you and your family, and never for anything else.

Not collected: precise location, contacts, photos, health data, browsing or search history, messages, audio recordings, and card or bank details (the App Store and Google Play take payment; Nitya never sees a card).

Early access on this website

The early-access form stores your email address, your phone type (iPhone or Android), the city you chose, the cities you added for your family, and your WhatsApp number if you gave one. With them it stores the tags of the link that brought you, your country as our host reports it, and your browser's name. We use them only to send your invite and to see which links bring people, and we delete them when you ask.

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If we turn on usage statistics for it, they are kept in the page's memory for the visit only, with no cookie and no IP address.

Who processes it for us

These companies process data on Nitya's behalf, under contract, and not for their own use:

How long we keep it

Until you delete your account. Server backups are kept for a fixed period and are never restored for a deleted account. Server logs keep counts and ids only, for a few days.

How to delete it

In the app, go to Settings, then Account, then Delete account. Or use the deletion page, or write to support@getnitya.app. Deleting removes every record above from our servers and the copy on your phone.

Children

Nitya is not directed at children. Its store rating is for everyone because it holds nothing objectionable, not because it is made for children.
